Student life

Our busy day starts at dawn when the front doors open and we greet all the children, ready for a full day packed with learning and fun.

We encourage all our families to live close to school and be part of our community; walking or cycling to school can be therapeutic.

There is a bespoke school van available, complete with a chaperone, for the morning pick-up and evening drop-off when required. At the end of the day, our learn and have fun while at it.

Computer Group

Our computer group is one way in which we encourage our students to share their passion for technology. It’s a terrific forum for them to engage in new ideas which may somewhat feel intimidating. The group also allows their minds to explore, and simply stay informed and innovative about current technology.

Beading Group

Our beading group learns and show their artistic prowess using beads. The group develops table mats, wrist bungles, earrings, necklaces etc. using beads. The group helps learners in pattern cognitive, and nurture design talents.

Cooking Group

Our kids love food and enjoy the responsibility of making it and sharing it with others. We started the cooking club to stimulate, foster, and promote students’ interest in the culinary arts. The club contains guidance, instructions, and health and safety advice for all of the activities included. The students, having learned the art of cooking, are evermore encouraged to make a business out of it.

Chess Group

Chess is a sociable activity that helps to bring our children together and break down barriers, whilst at the same time encouraging a healthy sense of design thinking. Our students love participating in chess games as it also has great benefits in developing their brain activity. Research has shown that the game of chess has very beneficial effects on children, and that’s why we are dedicated to bringing chess to them.

Art & Drawing Group

In the art group, we give the students the opportunity to work on drawing, painting, and sometimes ceramics. Here, they get to practice and hone in on their skills, develop their techniques and portfolios, and collaborate with other artistic students around them.

Students get to work on projects that involve various techniques in drawing and painting, ceramics, various crafts, and mixed media.

Testimonials

"l thank God all the time because of Rare Gem Talent School. My son now has self-confidence and is self-responsible, because of the leadership he is taught at Rare Gem. He’s developing his talent and skill in beauty and now, my whole family understands what dyslexia is because I always talk about it now and then with no shame for them to understand my son and for them to create awareness for others."
"My child is now independent and knows her rights. I no longer keep house girls as she manages herself with a lot of ease. She’s learned to share and relate well with others. Rare Gem Talent School is a God-sent school."
"I’ve witnessed a positive drastic change in my daughter since joining Rare Gem Talent School. She’s grown socially, with maturity and confidence. I feel so fortunate to be a parent in a school which demonstrates care, understanding, and patience to the students in the school. You believe in the students when no one else did."
