Michael Njenga

We use Structure of Intellect models to optimize learning by bridging the gaps in intelligence. We focus at the very root of learning, so that all students can unlock their full learning potential! We use SOI to enhance performance in mathematics and writing. We also use it to help students to develop critical thinking skills and to learn how to organize and manage their work space.

Phyllis Munyi Kariuki
Co-Director

"My commitment in teachers learning about hidden learning difficulties is based on the understanding that if at least one teacher in a school well understands and can identify learning difficulties early, a lot of suffering by the affected children would be avoided."

Michael Murira
Head of Finance

"The journey has not been easy and we have endured a lot, but over the years we have witnessed a continued growth in the number of children, staff and the whole school at large."

Dorcas Ng'ata,
Head, High School Department

"The transition from primary to high school is a challenge to most Dyslexic pupils, especially in exams. To help them handle this, we begin their Form One by introducing basic reading skills that would allow them to work easily as a team"

Tr.Jenniffer,
Head teacher, Primary school

"As a teacher when meeting them in class, you need to have learners potential and abilities in mind. They are also talented and gifted differently. At RareGem talent school we try and nurture these talent."

Teacher Macharia,
Head of Planning and Operations

"For me, engaging the kids in anything practical like construction such as showing them how desks are made, how to do simple repairs by themselves, is a self-empowerment mechanism. We end up enabling them through such practical procedures; including farming and agriculture"

Madam Purity,
Security Officer

"Keeping the school safe and serene is highly important as their parents have entrusted to us their lives"
